Bi Polar Bear News

3/19/2023
Two days after joining his old band mates in Brookfield, IL, to play two songs at the end of the first set on St. Patty's day (3/17/23),
Dave "Evad" Gonzalez can be seen here in Tampa, Florida, enjoying a chimichanga (I just love that word) with Bi Polar Bear Roadie Manager, Rob Blair. Interestingly enough, when the person said "Smile for the camera", Dave graciously pulls this off. Rob apparently heard the person say, "Pose as if you are scared you are going to break wind at any moment."
Both of these humans are incredibly important to BPB. Dave was the first lead guitarist and really helped the band get off the ground. His crazy talent and egoless presence was a joy to play with. Rob has been there from the beginning of the band; when it was just Jim, Rob and the Blue Tooth Speaker. He attends lots of practices and nearly every show and helps coordinate the transportation of equipment. He does this thankless job without ever being asked.
